1. Eligibility for Price Beat Guarantee

1.1. Our Price Beat Guarantee is available to new and existing customers living within the Hamilton City Council boundary who have received a written or digital quote from a different Hamilton based exterior cleaning service company. 

1.2. To qualify for the Price Beat Guarantee, the alternative quote must be from a competitor offering comparable exterior cleaning services, and the quote must be from a legitimate and established company.

2. Validity of Competitor’s Quote

2.1. The competitor’s quote must be current and within 7 days of the date it was issued. Expired quotes will not be accepted.

2.2. The quote from the competitor must be verifiable and include the same scope of work, materials, and service levels as our quoted service.

3. Submission Requirements

3.1. To request a price beat, customers must provide a copy of the competitor’s written or digital quote. This must be submitted to us within 7 days of receiving our initial quote.

3.2. The competitor’s quote must include the business name, contact information, and the exact details of the services provided.

4. Conditions and Limitations

4.1. Our Price Beat Guarantee applies only to the cost of services and does not cover additional fees, taxes, or other charges not included in the competitor’s quote.

4.2. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the competitor’s quote and its compliance with the terms of this guarantee.

4.3. The Price Beat Guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

4.4. If the competitor’s quote is lower due to a special promotion, limited-time offer, or any other non-standard pricing, the Price Beat Guarantee may not apply.

5. Procedure

5.1. Once we receive and verify the competitor’s quote, we will provide a revised quote that beats the competitor’s price by a minimum of 10%.

5.2. The adjusted price will be provided within 2 business days from the receipt of the competitor’s quote.

6. Refunds and Adjustments

6.1. If a price beat is granted, it will be applied to the final invoice. Refunds for services already performed or payments made prior to the application of the Price Beat Guarantee will not be issued.

6.2. Any adjustments due to the Price Beat Guarantee will be applied only to the specific services and terms outlined in the competitor’s quote.

7. Additional Terms

7.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Price Beat Guarantee at any time without prior notice, except for any work that has already been approved and booked, of which the Price Beat Guarantee will be honored. 

7.2. We reserve the right to accept or decline work at our sole discretion, based on our evaluation and approval.
